Yep, the first thing I noticed was the pointed toes again too. As a group I like them but individually they just look like your average Capitol Hill hipsters. Not especially unique.

Yeah those two kids on the left are always in and out of my friend's apartment on capitol hill.

I'm a fan of socks with shoes as fashionable currently. And also of shorts used in the fall (with tights etc.)

I don't get it - there are tons of these kids everywhere all over. Where are the photos of cool fashion people ala Sartorialist but in Seattle??

I'm not in love with this one but I LOVED the photo from the Sunday paper, will that one be posted here too?

Hi uppergeorgetowner - If you know where I can find them, please let me know. :)

I try to resist posting overly similar people (i.e., the same Capitol Hill hipsters), but I found this group especially appealing together.

Although none of them have an extremely individual style, they all look great together. Plus, I do think the guy in the black coat has a pretty cool updated classic look.

I'm quite bored with these photos too to be completely honest. not to be so negative, but i really think that seattle just doesn't push the envelope as much as other large cities. having lived in much larger cities, it's just an observation.

I don't think that's true. Honestly I see people around town who are dressed sharp enough to be featured here or on The Sartorialist regularly but probably not every single day. This isn't NY after all.

I would agree that the hipster look is overdone but we have to remember that Jasmin is just one person and who she photographs depends on where she happens to be from day to day.

I'm sure she has a regular job like everyone else and doesn't have the time to comb the streets for subjects all day long.

BTW, I loved the pic from last Sunday's newspaper too! It really needs to be on this site.
