There's something so appealingly eccentric about her style. (When we saw her, my friend and I instantly dubbed her 'Betsy Johnson.') I love the contrast between her flowery dress and her edgy shoes.

Great dress! Also, I'm glad that TIGHTS are back in vogue---they're so feminine & sexy! What do you think of TIGHTS as a current fashion trend?
Hi stace - I'm all for opaque tights, especially w/ heels. But I'm starting to retire my footless tights; they don't seem to make as much sense, at least this season...
