Love the top! I might go for either a slightly shorter skirt for those flats, or heels with that length. But then, it is fashion week here in NYC so maybe I've been brainwashed.

My sister just moved to Seattle and I fell in love with the city! By the way, she lives in Ballard so watch out for a short, stylish young gal! :)

The skirt is a bit too long. It makes her look kinda short - but the top is lovely. Great print.
