Pike Place Market - Downtown Seattle

Pike Place Market, Seattle

A little study in footwear: She's the first girl I've seen who's managed to pull off the cowboy-boots-in-summertime look, I think because the boots are the right color, and aren't too heavy-looking. And he's the first person wearing flip-flops I've photographed; it somehow works with how fitted but laidback his outfit is.

She did a smart thing wearing that long Chain. Nice accentuation to the rest of the ensemble. -AT

Don't much care for his women's jeans. I know it's the hip and emo thing to do, but just cant bring myself to buy clothing off the women's rack.

Hi Phoenix anon. - The fit's not for everyone, but he makes a good case for them.

i love the detail of her dress' texture. it's so perfect for a seattle summer.

and as for his jeans...i'm not a huge fan either. i think with high tops they would look perfectly emo-ster, but with flops, they just seem overtly feminine.

Maybe she's not trying to be "trendy" maybe she's just wearing what she likes and looks good on her...

I'm not so sure about the flip flops on him - but judging by my husbands comments when he just walked in - she turns heads that's for sure!

I am not emo-ster.
Or whatever you may think.
It's a style I developed myself.
For you people that appreciate the style, thank you.
For those of you who dislike it.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but.
I'm sure that the people who disliked my style, have the greatest style in the world.

Hi anon. - It sounds like you're the guy in the photo...Kudos to you for knowing what you like, & what looks good on you. It never ceases to surprise me when people assume that a look that doesn't work for them shouldn't work for others, or that there is only one right way to be stylish.
