Papergarden - Apgujeong, Seoul
These two are the owners of a gorgeous boutique called Papergarden, located in the subtly high-end neighborhood of Apgujeong. They carry hard-to-find-in-Seoul designers like Les Prairies de Paris and Comme des Garcons, as well as household goods and vintage mid-century furniture. It was one of the prettiest stores I've ever seen:
As an aside, I found a wonderful book there by a group of London artists called Janfamily: Plans for Other Days. It's a series of whimsical art 'ideas' that are both charming and inspiring. It's the kind of book I want to give to all my friends:

thanks, jenny! i wanted to share some of the neat places i shopped on my trip...but i have been considering adding a section on shopping in Seattle. maybe it'll happen one of these days.
