Merge - Ballard, Seattle
Pat at Merge, a new women's boutique on Ballard Ave. I love that she rolled up the pants and wore flats - it gives her outfit a casual, chic twist. The not-black scarf is also a nice touch.

definitely hepburn-esque! i love the fact that rolled the pants, it adds the special/chic touch to an outfit that could potentially be very bland.
